Okay, the first version is ready and now available for viewing. While gamers cannot directly update or modify any entry, we will have this stickied thread, here on the forums so you can provide your input and information so the manual can be regularly updated. I don't profess to say "all the information is correct" because I am sure some of it is out dated. There is also information that was not put in the manual during this revision. So please, use it, enjoy it, provide updates in this thread. I also want to thank Tidus for his work and support on the manual. I also want to thank RaideR of |HSO| for hosting this first version, as well as setting up and troubleshooting Mediawiki from the start for the manual. The manual could not have been done without their support. In due time it will be moved to urbanterror.net

I was about to post about that to be honest
but then I thought that must have been one of the most redundant things I've ever posted. "We're not blind".
ah, I'm thinking of having such a restricted wiki for my sites and I think it would be good if the 'view source' etc links are completely hidden from those not logged in since they mostly take place, unless one would use them to send you suggestions, but rare.

Maybe already covered, but how about a quick startup guide like most important binds (bandage, how to
heal team mates, binding radio calls to a key...) The fact that you don't HAVE to carry a secondary or
grenades(yes i know in the menu "none" is a choice, but when staring at the menu of a new game,
things can be overlooked) and a quick overview of weapons and circumstances where you might want
an auto vs sniper.
Ive seen the question, which is better SR8 or PSG? I answer, start with PSG, move up to SR8.
This information is common knowledge to our vets, I'm just thinking about the new players
Oh and i know theres an endless list of things to tell a new player, i was just thinking a guide to the
most common setup points.
If they do the quick setup, the first experience may be more enjoyable, and then as they want to learn
the finer points, they can hit the full manual.
