Okay, the suggestion is lame.
I originally thought of something like...weaken the M5Ps and go dual, but yes, it is a too dramatic change to the gameplay.
BTW, yay for triple negevs. :)

katana would be awesome, but I dont see the point of the thread anymore, so I believe lock would be nice
