I just tried to set r_mapoverbrightbits to 2 but failed.
Not in the config with seta or in console (change take effect after restart...)

What's it good anyway, I wanted to try this with actually not a real clue what's it good for, but hey, maybe it looks better?

Its intentionally locked to 0.
