Hello. Before I rent a server, I'm mucking around with a home server. How do I set it up with a QVM or whatever you call it so that vote works, admin controls work etc.?

Thanks!

You download the big binary distribution to your server, ensure that you've the latest security patches applies (see UrT start page) and start the dedicated binary; that's it. For anything more you should ask more specific questions. I know what you mean with QVM but it doesn't make enough sense for me in your context and for simply running a dedicated you don't need to do anything about/with it.

qvm files are used internally by the engine to load up mods, you don't have to think of them as a regular gamer or server administrator (or even if you're not a dev of a mod).
