I recorded some gameplay and I need to know where the demo is saved to. Like, how do i get to the folder containing it?

you can play it only with the ingame function "demos"

~/.q3a/q3ut4/demos/ . If you need to navigate the tree from a file manager turn on hidden files (ctrl+h) possibly.
