So, I open URT... Its in a window, in a size of a little tiny line, So I'm Like WTF and I reopen i, Still in a little line, so I can't do anything. Help! Should I re-download?

That happened to me kinda once, have you changed your screen resolution recently either in game or in windows? Check there first. Reboot computer & try it again.

Seem like you tried a too high resolution
Find the value "r_mode" in your config file and set it to "4". This will start the game in 800x600.

The config file should be located some place like:
Mac -> /users/YourUserName/Library/ApplicationSupport/Quake3/q3ut4
Windows -> C:/Program Files/UrbanTerror/q3ut4
Linux -> /home/YourUserName/.q3a/q3ut4/q3config.cfg


If you messed up a lot with graphic settings you can just trash that config.cfg file and start the game again, it will create a fresh one
