Red has won so the game just stops and starts a new round rather than make everyone wait for the timer to finish counting down and the bomb exploding. It would get annoying waiting for that length of time every time red won. It's the same reason that the round ends as soon as all of the blue team are dead.

Yeah of course, Im just talking about if it does happen to explode, etc. That would be stupid to have to wait. Maybe if its in the last 3 seconds, just have it explode anyway unless blue defuses :D
